Chính sách mới của google play

mình có nghe được tin là sắp tới cấm starapp và aripush.
và mình cung nghe là startapp sẽ cập nhật sdk mới cho phù hợp.
bình thường mình cập nhật chính sách của google tại đây : http://play.google.com/about/developer-content-policy.html
mình ko thấy có thông tin cấp startapp. mọi người hay đọc tin ở đâu share cho mình với.
và cho mình hỏi khi nào thì starapp có sdk mới.
mình mới tạo tài khoản google play nên chưa hiểu lắm. mong m.n giúp đỡ
